Strong essential oils containing citrus terpenes or solvent traces can degrade standard rubber; we evaluate your liquid composition to supply chemically inert bulb and gasket materials.

A: Stock glass bottles without custom coating require 7 to 10 days. Orders with custom color spray, screen printing, or electroplating require 20 to 25 days after sample approval. Custom mold creation for new bottle shapes takes 15 to 20 days for tooling, plus 10 days for sample runs.

A: Every closure design undergoes vacuum chamber testing at -0.08 MPa for 15 minutes. This test simulates altitude pressure differentials to ensure that fitted droppers, orifice reducers, and roller ball housings maintain liquid-tight seals during air transport.

A: Yes. We perform color matching against Pantone Solid Coated references. Coating finishes can be executed in matte, semi-gloss, high-gloss, gradient, or frosted finishes. Color accuracy is checked using spectrophotometers under standard D65 light source conditions.
